Once you have downloaded the Number2Go app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, you are able to create a custom local or international phone number of your choice and begin to use it for calls and messaging just as you would use your iPhone or Android device.

There is no need for a second SIM or mobile phone. Just download the Number2Go app on your iPhone or Android device and start using your second phone number straight away.

Number2Go allows users to have UNLIMITED additional phone numbers. You can have multiple phone numbers for continuous use or disposable phone numbers on demand. You can swap your phone number for another at any time if decide you want to change your number.

Number2Go is available to download on the iOS store from any iPhone or iPad and to your Android mobile phone or tablet from the Google Play Store.

Multiple additional phone numbers are available in the country of your choice.* Number2Go is currently available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden, Puerto Rico, Finland and Israel. We will very shortly be launching globally and will be available in over 35 countries.

Start using your second phone number in minutes! Simply download the app, select your subscription, choose your phone number and you are ready to go.

There are no set up costs required to use Number2Go. Simply download the app and select your required subscription.

Depending upon your device:

iPhone - Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews and account charged unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings.

Android - Payment will be charged to Google Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal. Auto-renew can be turned off at any time from your Google account settings but refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of the term.

There is no obligation for an annual subscription.

Subscriptions are billed either weekly, monthly or yearly at the rate selected depending on the subscription plan that you choose.

Using Number2Go will not affect your current mobile number or contract in any way. Use the Number2Go app alongside your current number and contract with no issues.

Number2Go makes it easy for you to check costs with our in-app Pricing Calculator. You can find this by going to Settings and selecting Pricing. You then choose the country from and to that you wish to make and receive calls or messages and our calculator will show you the number of Coins required.

Number2Go uses an In-App coin currency for credits. Coins are required to purchase additional phone numbers, make calls and send messages*.

*Receiving messages is free for all users and sending messages is completely free between Number2Go users.

Your Coin balance is always shown at the top of your Profile screen and is visible whilst you are making calls.

Go one step further and take complete control of your Coins balance with our in-app Expenses Tracker. The Expenses Tracker can be found in Settings. This will show you how many Coins you have purchased as well as the Coins that you have used on telephone calls and messages.

Coins are available as In-App purchases. Simply go to your Profile screen and next to your balance there will be an option to Buy Coins, from there you can purchase Coins.

You will receive an in-app notification when your Coin balance is running low prompting you to top up. Coin balance is always shown at the top of your Profile screen so you will know when you are running low. Your Coin balance is also shown when you are on a call. Additionally, our In-App Expenses Tracker gives you full control to monitor your purchases and expenditure.

When you select a yearly subscription, you can take advantage of full use of Number2Go for 3 days for free! Your first additional phone number is also included in the subscription price. Number2Go allows you to make calls and send messages to any country.

Yes, use your additional phone numbers just as you would your iPhone or Android device when you travel abroad on business or vacation.

This will not affect your additional numbers with Number2Go. If you get a new phone just download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store and you can restore your subscription in Settings.

Yes, Number2Go is your phone within your phone! Just use it as you would your iPhone or Android device. You have the option to call and message numbers stored in your phone. You can also create an exclusive Number2Go Contacts List to protect your privacy, this will just be visible within your Number2Go Profile.

For as long as you have an active subscription you can use your additional numbers as you require, both long term and on a disposable basis. If you decide to pause your subscription, your number will be waiting for you for 30 days. If you cancel your subscription or do not restore your subscription within 30 days then unfortunately your number will expire and cannot be retrieved.

No, your security and privacy are important to us and your use of Number2Go is always kept confidential. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Your subscription will auto renew each month so there is no need to worry about losing your number. If you do decide to cancel your subscription, we will keep your number for you for up to 30 days. If you decide to restore your subscription within this time frame, your number will be there waiting for you. After the 30 days is up however your number will expire and cannot be retrieved.

You can use Number2Go to send and receive messages from your second phone number just as you would from your phone or any popular messaging service to any number both locally and internationally. Send and receive messages for FREE to other Number2Go users.

Yes, our messaging service allows you to share your photos, videos, voice notes, files and external links with your contacts.

All your messages are available to view from the Messages screen in the Number2Go app.

We are developing this feature and it will be available to users very shortly.

Yes, just swipe left on the selected message to delete any message trails. You are also able to delete individual messages within a conversation by pressing and holding the selected message.

You can use Face ID or Pin Code to keep Number2Go private by selecting this option from Settings. We also use end-to-end encryption to ensure that the content of your messages is kept private between yourself and your contacts.

Receive calls on your Number2Go numbers in only the hours that you choose. You can direct calls to Voicemail outside of business hours or when you don’t want to be disturbed for you to listen to later. Once you have scheduled your business hours, it is easy to activate or deactivate Voicemails from your profile as you choose by simply tapping the relevant number and using the toggle buttons to switch Voicemail on and off.

Setting up Voicemail is simple! Just go to Settings and select Voicemail Hours. You are then able to schedule your business hours by selecting the days of the week and time periods that you want to receive calls, outside of these hours your calls will be sent to Voicemail for you to listen to later.

Your Voicemails are saved as recordings for you to listen to as and when you want to. Go to Recents and select Voicemail, from here you can playback voicemails.

No, with Number2Go you can listen to your voicemails completely for free.

Yes, personalise your Voicemail message if you wish to do so by going to Settings and selecting Voicemail Hours. You are then able to type the voicemail message that callers will receive outside of your scheduled business hours.

Number2Go is not just a second phone number app, you can also use it as a Call Recorder! You are able to record and store your calls, listen back to them at any time and share them with others.

It’s simple! Just select the relevant number from your Profile screen and use the toggle buttons to switch Call Recording on and off. When the call is in progress you tap the Record button from the calling screen and begin recording your call.

You have complete control over your call recordings. Once call recording is enabled for your selected number, you can start and end the call recording by tapping the Record button from the calling screen when the call is in progress.

Yes, your recordings will be saved as a media file. Simply select Recents and go to Recordings to find your saved recordings, from here you can play back and delete call recordings as you choose.

Yes, you are able to share your recordings with others by going to Recents and selecting the Recordings screen.

Telephone recording laws vary according to country and region. Before you start recording your calls you will need to know the laws in the jurisdiction both the caller and receiver are from.

Number2Go allows you to enable biometric authentication or a pin code to keep your numbers and messages secure. You can set this up by going to Settings and selecting the relevant option of Biometric Lock or PIN Lock.

We offer support via the Number2Go app. Go to Settings and tap support, fill in our Support form. Alternatively go to our Support page to fill out the Contact form on our website. A customer success manager will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Most of our phone numbers are capable of using to register for a new WhatsApp account, but sometimes a phone number may not able to be registered. If for some reason your phone number, did not allow you to register a new account, we will be able to assign you another number. Just contact support and we will be happy to assist.
